One setup for every related board.

Kanera templates create a workspace because related boards work better when they share the same stages, custom fields, labels, and reporting structure. Start a second client, campaign, project, or role inside the workspace and it inherits the same operating model.

Everything remains editable. Rename a list, change a field, remove an automation, or start with the simple template and build only what you need.

Template questions

Can I change a template after starting?

Yes. A template only decides the starting lists, fields, labels, checklists, and automations. All of them are edited in workspace settings afterwards, and nothing is locked.

Why do all boards in a workspace share the same lists?

So that Table view, Portfolio, and Global Work can compare boards directly. Two boards with the same stages and fields roll up into one report; two boards shaped differently do not. Boards that genuinely need their own structure can be standalone boards instead.

Do templates include sample cards?

Most do, a handful per list, so the board is not empty on the first visit. Archive or delete them once real work is on the board.
