Get a more reliable result

  1. Paste the raw internal notes rather than pre-cleaning them. The prompt is the cleanup.

  2. Name the audience so a marketing lead does not get engineering language.

  3. Read the rewritten delay line. If the source said the date moved, the email must still say so.
